Martin Hallgren Marine AB ("we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

What data we collect
When you fill in our booking form we collect: name, phone number, email address, details about your boat (model, dimensions, engine) and the job you want to book. We also collect basic visitor statistics through cookies (see below).
Why we collect the data
We use your data to handle your booking, contact you about your enquiry and invoice work carried out. The legal basis is contract (to deliver the service you ask for) and our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries.
How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as there is an ongoing customer relationship, and after that for as long as Swedish accounting law requires for invoice records (normally 7 years). Data from enquiries that do not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months.
Who we share the data with
We do not share your data with third parties, apart from the suppliers required to run our business (for example our accountants and IT provider). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to certain processing. Contact us at info@mhmarine.se to exercise your rights.

We use cookies to make the site work and for basic visitor statistics (Google Analytics). You can read more and manage your choices through the cookie banner on the site.
